Everyone hopes to see Santa at Christmas time, and at the Elsecar Railway, we make this dream come true.  We'll welcome aboard friends old and new when this popular event returns for 2013.  Everyone  on-board the train receives a present from Santa, including the grown ups! After leaving Elsecar and Wentworth Station, accompanied by his favourite helpers, Santa makes his way down the train and stops to chat to every child, and provides them with a quality wrapped present for Christmas. Mum and Dad are not forgotten either with complementary Wentworth Beer,Wine, Baileys and Mince Pies during their journey.
